This seminar will focus on the Five Elements as understood in the Polarity Therapy system.  We will also explore three poles to the human energy system, similar to tan tiens in Taoist cosmology.

Five Element theory is an ancient way of describing life dynamics and the energetic tapestry of reality.  As the elements interweave, structure, physiology, emotion, and thought patterns are more deeply understood.  Additionally, each element governs specific places in the body, establishing harmonic reflexes, and helping us know where to go next in the treatment and why.  These reflexes must be emphasized as they create the map of the human energy system, providing more holistic therapeutic understanding.

Instructor:  Roger Gilchrist, MA, RPE, RCST, is a psychotherapist, polarity therapist, and craniosacral biodynamics practitioner.  He was vice president of the American Polarity Therapy Association, and has presented for the National Institutes of Health on Energy Medicine and Polarity Therapy.  He has taught Polarity Therapy in seven countries around the world, and has published extensively on Polarity Therapy, including in the Cranial Wave.
